Refunds and Returns

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Every product is manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety and regulatory reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact support@zenarapeptides.com within three (3) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, Zenara Peptides will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost. Replacements are the only remedy available; monetary refunds are not issued.

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. To request cancellation, contact support@zenarapeptides.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

Please verify all shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. Zenara Peptides is not responsible for incorrect orders or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, Zenara Peptides will assist with tracking or inquiries when possible. However, because such events are beyond our control, no refunds or replacements will be issued once an order has been handed to the carrier.

No products may be returned to Zenara Peptides without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and destroyed without credit.

Shipping and Payments

Zenara Peptides ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or over a weekend ship the next business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Zenara Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. If a package is refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options shown at checkout. For ACH or e-Check payments, you authorize a one-time debit for the full order amount from your specified account. Once authorized, these payments cannot be canceled or modified.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Zenara Peptides protects all transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Customer data is stored securely and used only for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Texas.
