Indemnity & Waiver Agreement
By purchasing research compounds from Zenara Research Labs, I, the purchaser, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenara Research Labs, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “Zenara”), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds.
I acknowledge that all products offered by Zenara are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use. I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and assume full responsibility for the proper handling and use of these materials.
By completing my purchase (including selecting “I Agree” or submitting an order), I knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Zenara from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind that may arise from or relate to the purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds.
I further agree to indemnify and hold Zenara harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses—whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable—resulting from personal injury, property damage, or any other harm connected to my purchase, possession, or use of these products.
This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
By finalizing this transaction, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Indemnity & Waiver Agreement.
